Job Description
- Identify and address performance issues and implement improvement plans.
- Assess training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Manage payroll processes and ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain employee records and manage HR-related documentation.
- Track and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Work with safety officers to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualification & Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 4-7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
