Job Description

  • Identify and address performance issues and implement improvement plans.
  • Assess training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Manage payroll processes and ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain employee records and manage HR-related documentation.
  • Track and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Work with safety officers to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualification & Skills Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 4-7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
