Job Description

• Resolve customer issues or difficulties in a manner that is consistent with the company mission, values, and financial objectives.
• Resolve Internal issues or difficulties in a manner that is consistent with the company mission, values, and financial objectives.
• Provide status of ongoing projects and future projects
• Developing, testing, and programming electronic control systems using Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) for Press machine, SPM, Robotic cell & other machine
• Create and review PLC documentation, such as schematics, programming procedures and testing procedures
• Create PLC and logic diagrams for schematics
• Perform electrical and PLC troubleshooting
• Modify PLC programs to interface with existing or new systems
• Perform PLC testing
• Support the PLC programming team, including coaching, mentoring, and assisting with PLC programming

Skills Required

• Knowledge of Robotic Spot Welding PLC automated Line Setup as per customer checksheet
• Knowledge of Robotic MIG Welding PLC automated Line Setup as per customer checksheet
• PLC Programming, designs, maintains and troubleshoots machines and plants that use programmable logic controllers
• The PLC Programmer must be able to identify and provide reliable solutions for all technical issues to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the process
• The PLC Programmer must be able to meet project timelines and could travel to maintain and upgrade software and hardware for customers in facilities.
• Advanced knowledge of ladder logic programming
• Knowledge of concrete batching, mixing, and pumping equipment 8.Knowledge of concrete forming

Experience: 4-7 years
